Resolved. The media gateway has stayed stable, with no further downtime. All services have worked normally since 19:00 EDT on July 17.

• End: 19:00 EDT on July 17, 2026; service came back briefly at 16:03 and failed again at 16:10
• Cause: a connectivity problem on our PSTN media gateway in Iqaluit

Our PSTN media gateway in Iqaluit, NU has intermittent connectivity problems. Calls with carriers that use legacy PSTN connections are affected. All other PSTN sites, and carriers connected over SIP, are working normally.
