Resolved. The room was cooled down and the air filters were cleaned to improve airflow. The affected equipment is working normally. Please test your calls again.

Our engineers have found that the equipment room where our device sits is very hot. The air conditioning may be off or not working properly. The site manager is working to restore cooling.

Some PSTN calls in Richmond Hill, Unionville, Thornhill, Markham and Newmarket, ON fail intermittently. The problem is in our Richmond Hill data centre. All other regions and systems are working normally. Our engineers are investigating.
